Clear terms, before you pay.

These commercial terms apply to Appfi’s founding offer and control if they conflict with Appfi’s general payment or cancellation terms. By accepting the terms in Stripe Checkout, you agree to them.

Beta period

Appfi is in private beta and the service is free while the beta runs. No payment is due, no subscription starts, and no card is collected until billing begins, which Appfi announces in your thread before it happens. The founding terms below take effect on the day billing starts for you, and this clause controls until then.

Founding offer

Early users receive founding-member pricing. Appfi announces that price before the beta ends, and it applies from the day billing starts for you.

What is included

The monthly price includes the assistant and one dedicated messaging line on iMessage and SMS, for ordinary personal use by one person. Outside the beta period described above, there is no setup fee, trial, promotional code, discount, or negotiated variant.

What it can do today

The assistant searches the live web and reads pages, plans outings, compares options, estimates costs, transcribes voice notes, sets one-time and recurring reminders, builds a website and sends you a link you can share, and delivers decks and documents as PDF attachments in the thread. It cannot send email, read or change your calendar, or move money. It says so in the thread rather than guessing, and this list is what the service does today.

Monthly renewal

Stripe bills monthly in advance and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. If a renewal fails, Appfi keeps the service available during one 14-day grace period while payment is resolved.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by texting your assistant or emailing support@appfi.dev. Appfi processes the request manually for the end of the current paid period. There is no cancellation fee and no partial-month refund unless the law requires it.

Fair use

The offer covers ordinary personal use by one person. Sustained exceptional use starts a conversation about the right plan; it does not trigger an automatic usage throttle. Security, legal, provider, and acceptable-use restrictions still apply.

Data and AI

What you text stays yours. Appfi processes your messages to operate, secure, maintain, and improve your service. Appfi does not use your messages to train or fine-tune AI models.

Taxes

The price excludes applicable taxes. Appfi adds GST, HST, or similar taxes where legally required.
